In addition to the free add-ons that I showed you already (the free stripe add-on to the ADVtee and the free ruffle add-on to the Regina top and dress) from Sofilantjes*, there is another free add-on to the Amicis top, tunic and dress. This add-on is a free stripe to add to the sleeves. I hacked it according to the following blog to create a gathered stripe on the sleeves. I used 1,5 times the length of the original stripe in the add-on.
This pattern is really a quick sew and with this extra colour block you can use some smaller scraps for the sleeves. I thought that this fabric needed a simple dress and the Amicis is just perfect for that.
Fabric: knit from Takoy

Sizing: 80 – 164 (12M – 14Y)
Options: the Amicis has 3 different sleeve lengths (short, 3/4 and long), 4 different lengths (top, tunic, dress, maxi).
